These Terms govern your use of Belle’s Texas-focused website. “Belle” means Belle Window Cleaning Inc., doing business as Belle Services, and, where applicable, Belle Windows and Doors Inc. and Belle Pools LLC.
Website information
Website content is general information about services. It is not a quote, inspection, engineering opinion, legal advice, safety instruction, warranty, or guarantee of availability, timing, price, result, or suitability. Photos, videos, reviews, awards, certifications, and service descriptions are examples of work or service information and may change.
Requests are not appointments
Submitting a form, clicking a phone link, sending a message, or requesting an assessment does not create an appointment, estimate, contract, warranty, service agreement, or payment authorization. Belle must review the request and separately confirm any applicable service terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law, impersonate another person, submit malicious or misleading information, interfere with security or operation, scrape content in a way that violates rights or law, or transmit passwords, payment data, or sensitive information through an unapproved channel.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party review, map, scheduling, payment, social, or provider services. Those services have their own terms and policies. Belle is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Changes and legal limits
Belle may correct content, change services, discontinue pages, or restrict access. To the extent permitted by law, website content is provided without implied warranties, and Belle is not responsible for losses caused by interruption, unauthorized access, third-party services, inaccurate user information, or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these Terms waives a non-waivable consumer right or limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
